Went to a rehearsal studio in Ichikawa on Tuesday, where you can rent a studio by the hour to practice drums, guitar etc. It was a little strange drumming after almost a year, but good! Weather is still chilly, but very sunny. I had my end of contract observation yesterday, which seemed to go OK. Christine's is today.

(PS - more pics put on-line today!)

We now have some photos on-line, and will be adding more! Click here to see them, or on the OUR PHOTOS link at the top of this page. Once you get there, you'll see various albums each with pictures inside...

It's been raining solidly all day today, and freezing cold (tsumetai ame) too so we've been in most of the day. Just got back from a quick trip to Ichikawa for dinner in a Korean place. We had bibimba which is a very hot bowl of rice, vegatables and egg brought sizzling to the table, and yaki-niku - meat that you barbecue yourself on a grill set in your table. On the way home we stopped off at Haagen Daz, because every day with a 7 in it is "Happy 7" day - 7 different scoops for 500 yen!

Hi everyone - Happy New Year!! We hope everyone had an enjoyable and restful holiday season, we certainly had the resting part...

Anyway, we finally have a computer and internet access at home, so no more trips to internet cafes on the way to or from work!

I'll be updating some of the previous entries soon, as well as adding some new ones of course. Also, look out for a link to some online photos which should be up and running in the next day or so. Thanks for reading!
