It's a balmy -1.5C here in Sapporo today, so the dreaded puddles are starting to form.

Yes,indeed, Phil! I wonder why you fell - were you "walking drunk"? or maybe "walking without paying attention...by watching the scenery"? or even not walking with short enough steps? Hmmm...and you must also wear a hat.
