Good idea little noodle...my thought was that one should start by being exceeding careful about placement of roller-skates, banana skins and so on.
Or I suppose if you yourself were a car or other type of transport, then your home would be prone to traffic accidents.
...or could it just be that Safety Lesson 1 is:
always check for stray animal or vegetable lifeforms when parking in front of your apartment.
